VORTEX is an innovative product because it integrates the separating cyclone in a compact machine.

The cyclone is an efficient dust separation system , normally used for large plants.

Ideal both for wood but also and above all for the suction of plastic and metal shavings . Finally, you will be able to prevent all the dust sucked up from ending up in the filter module , clogging it in a short time and thus reducing suction.

Thanks to the VORTEX you will not have any problems with loss of power even after days of intense work. Also available in two other models and pre-assembled .
All components are certified .

How does it work?

The dusty air enters the VORTEX from the cyclone 's suction mouth .

Thanks to the cylindrical and then conical shape , the air flow is given a downward spiral motion.

As a result of the centrifugal force , the particles separate from the gaseous flow that contains them and are dragged by the force of gravity towards the lower part of the filter where they are collected.

The finer dust that remains in suspension is sucked up by the internal cylinder, pushed by the fan into the filter body and retained and collected there.

The percentage of dust captured by the cyclone is enormously greater than that which ends up in the final container, in a ratio that can reach up to 99% of the total, based on the grain size and physical characteristics of the dust or chip aspirated.
